I’m a start-up marketing professional currently based in Toronto, Canada.
Even in my early years, there was no question that media and marketing was where I wanted to be. Great authors like Chuck Palanhiuk and Nick Hornby taught me the fundamentals of a good story. Films like The Usual Suspects and Memento taught me how to challenge what I learned. Through my formal education in public-interest communications and now, as the communications manager of a rapid-growth mobile tech start-up, my education is never-ending and always exciting.
In my spare time, I treat an incurable condition: a severe case of the travel bug. At the mercy of this condition, I have found myself living in Australia and Denmark for extended periods with additional trips to South Asia, across Europe, and the United States. Though I suffer greatly, living and learning in different languages and cultures offers new perspectives one cannot experience any other way.
That’s all for now. I would love to find out who is actually reading this so get in touch.
